Key Dates and Policies

Financial Aid
To be considered for financial aid packaging, students must submit all required documents and be registered for the upcoming term by the Financial Aid Priority Deadline. Missing this deadline may lead to delays in aid disbursement and student refund processing. Once financial aid is disbursed, refunds are processed within 14 days.

Course Registration
Courses will become available to registered students at least 48 hours before the official start of each term, allowing ample time for preparation and access.

Grading
Faculty members submit final grades approximately one week after the term concludes. Once finalized, grades will be reflected on student transcripts.

Degree Conferral
Degrees are officially conferred within 30 days after final grades for a student’s last term have been posted. Students graduate at the conclusion of the term in which all degree requirements are met, unless an extension is requested through the Office of the Registrar. Students are advised to confirm their diploma name via the student portal at least 30 days before the term ends to ensure accuracy.

Office Hours
The CGU Online Administrative Office is available Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM GET. Student inquiries sent by email are responded to around the clock, providing continuous support.
